What is Elevate?
WHAT WILL CHILDREN’S MINISTRY MASTERMIND LOOK LIKE?
For six months, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a Mastermind group where you will walk through key lessons that we all can learn from. This group will be about ten in number and will include fellow children’s ministers who are facing some of the same struggles that you are facing. During the six months of the course, we will look at your health, your ministry’s health, and you will do this within a group that will encourage you and lift you up. Hopefully, at the end of this Mastermind course, you will have learned from each other and will have gained nine other ministry friends who will be there for you going forward.
WHAT YOU GET WITH CHILDREN’S MINISTRY MASTERMIND:
Each month, you will receive a link to a video that will cover that month’s topic as well as questions to ponder and action steps to put into place during the month.
Insightful Questions.
At the beginning of each month, you will have the task of answering key questions that will adequately prepare you to take part in our conversation at the end of the month.
Growth Steps.
Next, you will be given specific action steps to put into place during the course of the month. They will be a mixture of action steps that are specific to your personal growth as well as steps for your ministry.
Zoom Call.
At the end of each month, there will be a 60-minute Zoom call led by the ministry mentor to go over the action steps that you have worked on throughout the month.
Bonus:
Each participant will have two 30-minute personal coaching calls to be used throughout the 6-month program, as well as be a part of a special Facebook group where thoughts and encouragement will be uploaded throughout our time together. This will also serve as a place where the participants of the group can continue to stay in contact with each other.

Meet Your Guide
Barry Williams is the Founder and President of Next Generation Impact. With over 20 years of ministry experience, his experience lies in church ministry where he served as Children’s Pastor, Lead Pastor, and Executive Pastor and most recently as State Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Oklahoma. His formal education is both in Ministry, where he holds a BS of Church Ministry and an MA in Discipleship, and in business where he holds an MA in Executive Leadership. In every position in which he has served, there has always been a passion for seeing children’s lives transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. He believes that the children of our country have the potential to be the greatest generation in regard to living a life that honors Christ. Barry knows that when churches begin to look outside the walls and reach kids where they are, the next generation can turn the world back to Christ!
