Thank you for praying for yesterday’s new In The Gap Bible Club launched by @togetherokc ! It was run by volunteers with an average age of 20 years old, more than half being 16 years old or younger.
These young people want to do more in life than what the world has to offer, and we are here to open up doors for them to use their gifts for the Kingdom!

It`s been a huge day for us! We started with a vision meeting in Chandler, OK — then headed back to OKC to present at the @bottradio Pastor’s Luncheon — then headed straight to Bible Club at one of our local schools!
We met so many great people, and we’re so grateful for each church leader that made time to join us! We hope to connect with you again as we work together to reach our world for Christ.
This weekend, the Rogers Baptist Association hosted us for a special training for children`s ministry workers across their network!
We really appreciate their desire to invest in their leaders, and we`re so grateful for the dedication of each person that came.
It was a helpful time of discussion, developing skills, and honing focus. Whether they`ve just started, or whether they`ve been working with children for 20+ years, everyone came away with tools for greater impact as they teach God`s Word each week.

It was a such a joy this afternoon to re-launch one of our Bible Clubs in southeast OKC in partnership with Bryant Avenue Baptist Church and @iglesiadediosunited !
Over the past several weeks, we’ve sent out many prayer requests for more volunteers, and today we saw those prayers answered through this incredible team God brought together at the last moment.
We see the church awakening more and more to the need of reaching children with the gospel!
A Sudanese church reached out to us, asking us to train some of their congregation in children`s ministry. They were thrilled to learn the skills of working with kids, sharing the gospel, dynamic storytelling, and more.
All together, we had 6 different churches represented this weekend! Please be praying for them as they begin to implement these skills in their children`s ministries.

Four churches united in the mission of reaching children with the love of Christ! Two Bible Clubs are relaunching for their second year, and two Bible Clubs are brand new! Each church sent volunteers to go through training on working with children today.
They are excited to welcome kids to the Bible Clubs in September!
Please be praying for these final details to fall into place:
- Favorable connections with the school staff at each location
- Enough volunteers at each location so no kids have to be on a waiting list
- Rapid completion of the screening process for each volunteer

As summer is winding down, we want to thank all of you who contributed to our Operation Impact scholarship fund — enabling many more summer missionaries to join us! God worked powerfully through them to reach children all across Oklahoma City, and these young people have returned back home, forever changed.
